Job summary

City National Bank of Florida seeks an experienced coordinator to manage the approved-to-funded SBA loan pipeline, coordinate closings, and support SBA ETRAN submissions and post-closing activities. You will align with attorneys, vendors, and internal teams to keep transactions moving efficiently.

The role requires SBA lending experience, strong project management, and excellent communication to maintain timely closings and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of commercial lending, SBA lending, closing, loan operations, processing, underwriting support, or related experience.
• SBA 7(a) experience.
• Commercial loan closing experience.
• Experience with attorneys and third-party vendors.
• Experience with SBA ETRAN, SBA authorization processes, or government-guaranteed loan submission platforms.
• Knowledge of SBA SOP requirements.
• Experience with nCino, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of loan documentation.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the approved-to-funded pipeline and track milestone aging.
• Coordinate closing and borrower communications; manage timelines.
• Resolve issues and escalate risks to avoid delays.
• Support SBA ETRAN submissions and SBA authorization processes.
• Maintain documentation for SBA authorization, loan numbers, and submissions.
• Assist with post-closing administration and portfolio handoff.
