Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking an SBA Closing Coordinator to orchestrate approved-to-funded transactions, coordinate borrowers and attorneys, and manage SBA ETRAN entries from approval through funding. You will drive timely closings, maintain the pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of commercial lending, SBA lending, closing, loan operations, processing, or related experience.
• SBA 7(a) experience required.
• Commercial loan closing experience required.
• Experience with attorneys and third-party vendors.
• Experience with SBA ETRAN, SBA authorization processes, or government-guaranteed loan submission platforms.
• Knowledge of SBA SOP requirements.
• Experience with nCino, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Strong project management skills and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple transactions.

Responsibilities

• Own approved-to-funded pipeline immediately after approval and maintain it.
• Track milestone achievement, aging, and provide weekly closing status reports.
• Escalate delays and closing risks to keep transactions moving.
• Serve as primary closing coordinator and manage borrower communications.
• Coordinate activities with Windsor, counsel, Loan Operations, vendors, and internal teams.
• Schedule and manage closing timelines and drive issue resolution.
• Review conditions, collect documentation, and monitor funding readiness.
• Support SBA ETRAN entries, authorization, and documentation, including submissions.
• Support post-closing administration and portfolio monitoring activities.
