Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in underwriting, portfolio monitoring, or similar business loan analysis.
• Basic knowledge of commercial lending, credit standards, policies, procedures, and products.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate concepts clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

• Spread financial statements based on loan package information.
• Analyze global cash flow and balance sheets for SBA loans up to $5 million.
• Prepare written evaluations of customers’ financial conditions and outlooks.
• Mentor teammates through the loan decision process.
• Identify opportunities and risks, and negotiate loan terms with originators.
