Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a candidate to manage SBA construction loan transactions, ensuring compliance with 7(a)/504 requirements and loan documentation standards. The role involves overseeing lien perfection, disbursements, and post‑approval conditions across owner‑occupied projects.

You will partner with Relationship Managers, SBA Underwriters, and Loan Administrators to support borrowers, attorneys, and service providers through the disbursement process. Notary commission is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate loan administration, OR 5+ years of transferable experience.

Responsibilities

• Review, coordinate, and administer SBA construction/renovation loan transactions per SBA 7(a)/504.
• Oversee lien perfection, draw disbursements, and post‑approval conditions.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, SBA Underwriters, and Loan Administrators.
