Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recommend approval or declination of contractor and construction project.
• Collect and review closing documents for construction financing.
• Prepare and handle construction loan closing checklist.
• Coordinate with Business Development Officer and Underwriter.
• Educate Business Development Officers on loan structuring.
• Research construction laws and regulations.
• Work with third party vendors for cost review.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
