Role Highlights:

Support

• the SBA 8(a) and small business compliance lifecycle
• Draft & maintain corporate governance documents (resolutions, articles, annual filings)
• Collaborate across entities in multiple states, ensuring timely and accurate regulatory submissions
• Serve as the liaison with SBA, federal/state agencies, and internal stakeholders

What You Bring:

• 2+ years in federal contracting, with proven expertise in SBA 8(a) program administration
• Strong background in corporate governance, entity formation & filings
• Experience managing multi-entity compliance across jurisdictions
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to streamline processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, state filing portals, and secure handling of CUI

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Alaska Native Corporations
• Solid understanding of FAR, CFR, and other relevant federal regulations
• Experience creating or refining policies to support best-practice governance
• Work from anywhere—we champion flexibility & autonomy
