Job summary

Weyerhaeuser is seeking entry level Production team members for the Bruce Lumber facility to join a safety-driven culture with on-the-job training and growth potential.

This full-time role operates on the Graveyard (3rd) shift with a starting rate of $18.82 and an extra $1.40 per hour for night shift. Opportunities to advance exist, along with annual bonus payouts and benefits including 401K matching and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift training or experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn new jobs and skills.
• Able to work overtime, holidays, nights, and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and perform housekeeping in assigned area.
• Feed or place product on equipment for processing and remove items after processing.
• Follow work instructions and complete tasks as assigned.

Weyerhaeuser Company is currently looking for Entry Level Production team members to join our Bruce Lumber facility.

At Weyerhaeuser, we offer positions with on-the-job training and continued growth potential.

Our manufacturing facilities are highly automated and utilize many leading-edge technologies in the wood products industry.

This position is solely for the night shift.

Night shift premiums - $1.40/hr.

• Able to work safely around moving manufacturing equipment and machinery


• Able to lift 2-20 pounds regularly, climb steps and ladders, work from height, and stand or walk for 2-3 hours at a time for 10 hours


• Forklift experience is preferred


• Basic computer skills a plus
