Job summary

Encadria Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking Service Crew Associates for a temporary assignment at the Georgia-Pacific facility in Rome, Georgia. The role focuses on housekeeping and supporting production operations in a fast-paced sawmill environment, keeping workspaces clean and safe.

You will remove lumber from conveyors, stack lumber onto carts, and assist machine operators as needed, while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, lumber, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, stoop, climb, and walk throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the sawmill and support production operations.

The primary focus of this role is ensuring equipment efficiency by completing cleaning activities and maintaining clean, safe work areas.
