Job summary

Encadria Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking Service Crew Associates for a temporary assignment at the Georgia-Pacific facility in Rome, GA. The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical, hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are committed to safety, teamwork, and reliability.

Pay is $22.95 per hour, with an additional $1.50 night shift differential. Shifts include Day Shift: Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 4:45 PM and Night Shift: Sun-Thu, 6:00 PM - 4:45 AM.

Qualifications

Manufacturing, warehouse, lumber, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
Commitment to safety and quality.
Ability to work successfully in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and perform a variety of job duties.

Responsibilities

Pull lumber from the round table area and prepare for shipment.
Stack, label, band, and bag lumber for shipment.
Remove lumber from conveyors and stack onto carts.
Perform general cleanup and housekeeping throughout the facility.
Assist with maintaining lumber graders, packaging equipment, and planers.
