Job summary

Encadria Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking Service Crew Associates for a temporary assignment at the Georgia-Pacific facility in Rome, GA. The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical, hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are committed to safety, teamwork, and reliability.

Pay is $22.95 per hour, with an additional $1.50 night shift differential. Shifts include Day Shift: Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 4:45 PM and Night Shift: Sun-Thu, 6:00 PM - 4:45 AM.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, warehouse, lumber, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

• Willingness to learn and perform a variety of job duties.

Responsibilities

• Pull lumber from the round table area and prepare for shipment.
• Stack, label, band, and bag lumber for shipment.
• Remove lumber from conveyors and stack onto carts.
• Perform general cleanup and housekeeping throughout the facility.
• Assist with maintaining lumber graders, packaging equipment, and planers.
