Qualifications

• Completion of 90 day probationary period or approval of direct supervisor.
• No active disciplinary notices for behavior or performance.
• No more than 3 attendance points.
• Must pass a hearing test.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders and understand specifications.
• Set up and operate the saw; verify blade and settings.
• Scan barcode for ink stamp with correct characters.
• Inspect product quality continuously.
• Coordinate with engineering technicians to address defects.
• Assist in off-line area inspecting, stamping and edging laminates.
• Make foam molds as needed.

Schedule:

9:00pm - 5:30am Sun day - Thursday (Overtime extended shift and weekend work required)

Compensation:

$20.25 (plus $1.25 shift differential)

The Role:

The Saw Operator operates the saw machine that fabricates laminates. This position is also responsible for the timely transfer of the fabricated laminates in preparation for the inspection process. In this role, you will be required to cross-train and perform other "A-C" skill-level jobs.

REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS

• In this role you maybe berequiredto stand up to 10 hours per shift and with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping. You will also need to lift, pull or pushup to 50 pounds.
