Job summary

Isola Group in Ridgeway, SC is seeking a 3rd Shift Saw Operator to run the laminating saw, transfer finished laminates for inspection, and cross-train on other A-C skill-level tasks. The role emphasizes accuracy, multitasking, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The position requires standing for extended periods, occasional heavy lifting, and adherence to safety procedures. Schedule is 9:00pm–5:30am Sunday to Thursday, with overtime and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of 90 day probationary period or approval of direct supervisor.
• No active disciplinary notices for behavior or performance.
• No more than 3 attendance points.
• Must pass a hearing test.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders and understand specifications.
• Set up and operate the saw; verify blade and settings.
• Scan barcode for ink stamp with correct characters.
• Inspect product quality continuously.
• Coordinate with engineering technicians to address defects.
• Assist in off-line area inspecting, stamping and edging laminates.
• Make foam molds as needed.
