Job summary

Isola, a global materials sciences leader, is hiring a 2nd Shift CPP Operator at our Ridgeway, SC facility. The role operates the Rosenthal machine converting prepreg rolls into sheets and ensures timely transfer for tooling.

You'll work 1:00pm–9:30pm, Monday–Friday with overtime and occasional weekend work. Qualifications include prior machine operating experience and familiarity with SAP; strong verbal and written communication is essential. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a 2nd Shift CPP Operator at our Ridgeway, SC facility.

Assigned Schedule:1:00pm - 9:30pm Monday - Friday(Overtime, extended shift and weekend work required)

Skill Level: B

Compensation:$18.25 (plus $1.25 per hour shift differential)

THE ROLE

The CPP Operator is responsible for operating the Rosenthal machine, which converts prepreg rolls into sheets. The position is also responsible for timely transfer of fabricated prepreg sheets in preparation for the tooling process.

TOP RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set-Up Pre Preg Roll on to machine using hoist
• Operate Rosenthal Machine
• Inspect prepreg sheets for quality
• Relocate unused prepreg roll back to staging area for restocking
• Complete Production and Scrap Report form
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous machine operating experience- preferred
• Previous experience with work instructions, work orders, and SAP- preferred

INTERNAL ELIGIBILITY

• Completion of 90-day new hire/newly transferred probationary period
• No active disciplinary notices for behavior or performance
• No more than 3 attendance points

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication is essential.

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS

• In this role you maybe be required to stand up to 10 hours per shift and with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping. You will also need to lift, pull or push up to 50 pounds.
