Job summary

Sira Consulting, a trusted IAM partner in Jersey City, seeks an experienced Saviynt IAM specialist to resolve complex issues and design scalable solutions. You will architect and implement integrations, oversee configurations, and ensure client success across deployments.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in Saviynt IAM, strong debugging skills, and the ability to mentor teams while collaborating with clients and vendors to deliver secure, compliant access management solutions.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Saviynt IAM support, architecture, and complex issue resolution.
Experience configuring, onboarding, and optimizing Saviynt connectors and integrations.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, security protocols, and regulatory compliance (GDPR/HIPAA).
Ability to lead incident management and root-cause analysis for P1/P2 issues.

Responsibilities

Resolve highly complex Saviynt IAM issues and architect solutions to meet client needs.
Maintain and monitor Saviynt integrations, workflows, and configurations.
Provide guidance and mentorship to support teams on best practices and design patterns.
Collaborate with clients and vendors to implement innovative IAM solutions.
