Saviynt IAM Architect — Lead Secure Access

IDMWORKS is an award-winning IAM solutions firm helping enterprises secure and scale access to systems, data, and applications. We seek an IAM Architect - Saviynt to design, implement, and maintain robust identity and access management frameworks across complex environments.

You will lead projects, collaborate with security, IT ops, and development teams, and stay ahead of evolving IAM trends. Strong Saviynt experience, AD/LDAP, SAML/OAuth, and relevant certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years designing and implementing IAM solutions in large, complex environments.
• Experience within the past 5 years leading a Saviynt implementation.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including identity lifecycle, RBAC, SSO, and MFA.
• Hands-on experience with IAM technologies such as AD, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and PKI.
• Experience with IAM platforms and tools such as Saviynt, MIM, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to assess security challenges and propose solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; collaborate across stakeholders at all levels.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CIAM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions tailored to our organization’s needs.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards for regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Collaborate with security, IT operations, and application teams to integrate IAM into existing systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and remediation strategies.
• Stay current with IAM and cybersecurity trends to enhance security posture.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on IAM matters including access control, authentication, and identity governance.
• Participate in evaluation and selection of IAM tools considering scalability, interoperability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead IAM implementation projects from conception to completion with timely delivery.
• Serve as SME on IAM topics in industry forums and working groups.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
