Job summary

KeyData Cyber seeks an experienced IAM specialist to serve as the Saviynt EIC SME, providing platform administration, integration onboarding, and governance across North America. You will collaborate with IAM, security, and DevOps teams to implement onboarding, workflows, and compliance controls, while supporting upgrades and documentation for support teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IAM experience with hands-on Saviynt IGA/EIC
• Saviynt workflows, rules engine, analytics, tasks, roles, certifications, and SoD management
• Experience with application onboarding, identity lifecycle management (JML), RBAC/ABAC, and access governance
• REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, JSON, and Groovy scripting within Saviynt environments
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, databases, and Unix/Linux
• Experience integrating enterprise and cloud apps across Azure and AWS
• Provisioning, reconciliation, access requests, certifications, and identity governance controls
• Experience supporting production environments and resolving IAM issues
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for Saviynt EIC, providing platform administration, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Lead application onboarding using OOTB and custom connectors (REST, JDBC, LDAP, SCIM, CSV, connectors).
• Configure and support workflows, roles, entitlements, provisioning rules, access requests, and certification campaigns.
• Enhance identity lifecycle management processes (JML, birthright provisioning, policy automation).
• Troubleshoot provisioning, connector, job execution, and integration issues with root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with IAM, security, infrastructure, compliance, and application teams on governance and access controls.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, roadmap initiatives, and DevOps deployments across environments.
• Create and maintain technical docs, procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Improve access governance reporting, role management, and certification processes for compliance.
