Job summary

Simeio is seeking a Lead Identity Engineer - Saviynt to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of IGA solutions for enterprise clients. This hands-on IAM leadership role requires Saviynt expertise and the ability to guide transformations while actively participating in implementation and support.

Based on multiple client locations (NJ, Charlotte, Dallas, Columbus, Phoenix), this hybrid role offers senior engineering responsibility, direct customer interaction, and opportunities to

Qualifications

• Deep expertise with Saviynt EIC.
• Strong IGA and IAM background.
• Hands-on identity lifecycle management and provisioning.
• Experience with REST APIs, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OIDC.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable IAM solutions.
• Excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Saviynt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and deployment of Saviynt IGA solutions.
• Design identity lifecycle processes and access governance models.
• Configure Certifications, Access Requests, Role Management, SoD, and Provisioning.
• Lead application onboarding using APIs and directories.
• Troubleshoot identity issues and optimize the platform.
• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and provide IAM guidance.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams.
