Job summary

HOPE International is seeking a Savings Group Operations Advisor to strengthen LM&E and operational excellence across a multi-country network. You will lead program support, tool implementation, and project coordination while collaborating with field teams and regional directors.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in economics or business, 2+ years in international development, and strong data-analysis skills in Excel/R. Travel up to 75 nights/year is expected.

Qualifications

• Personal confession of Christian faith and commitment to HOPE International’s mission.
• Bachelor's degree in economics, business management, or equivalent, and 2+ years of international development or related field experience.
• Proven leadership abilities with cross-cultural collaboration and global team support.
• Experience with monitoring and evaluation (M&E), preferably in international development.
• Experience with data analysis, preferably with R.
• Excel for reporting; ability to create tools and templates in Excel.
• Project management and organizational skills with strong communication.
• Fluent in English; French proficiency preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75 nights per year to HOPE operating countries.

Responsibilities

• Promote and contribute to HOPE International’s mission and vision.
• Provide Savings Group Operations support and process improvements.
• Model servant leadership with HOPE staff and ministry partners.
• Support field leadership through capacity building and onboarding of staff.
• Assist in planning meetings and strategy sessions; support country and network initiatives.
• Manage projects with schedules, deadlines, and stakeholder communications.
• Contribute to LM&E indicator development, data collection, and analysis.
• Support rollout of LM&E systems and surveys across assigned countries.
• Improve tools and curriculum; provide field team onboarding and troubleshooting.
• Complete special projects as needed and participate in learning initiatives.
