Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s with 5+ years, strong cost-analysis skills, experience in international development, and travel up to 20%. Hybrid work options in DC and other regional offices are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in budgeting and cost modeling.
• Experience developing budgets for international development or humanitarian proposals.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for program design.

Responsibilities

• Lead program cost modeling and budgeting for proposals and new business development.
• Analyze cost drivers and benchmark against internal and external data.
• Synthesize economic evaluation evidence for internal and external audiences.
• Train colleagues in economic evaluation principles and tools.
• Collaborate across country offices, MERL, finance, and awards management.
