Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in kitchen preparation and line cook duties
• Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling
• Basic food cost knowledge
• Understanding and knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation and food handling Procedures

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare high quality cuisine for guests following portion sizes, methods, and policies
• Maintain clean and sanitary work station and equipment
• Adhere to DHEC regulations for cleanliness and sanitation
• Assist in food prep during off-peak periods and close the kitchen with a checklist
• Attend scheduled meetings and provide improvement suggestions
