Job summary

Amazon LEO (Project Kuiper) seeks a Systems Development Engineer to design and manage both physical servers and cloud infrastructure. You will support Linux (RHEL) and Windows environments for critical design and manufacturing tools, and coordinate changes through formal procedures with engineering teams.

The role emphasizes automation, uptime, and scalable infrastructure, including disaster recovery planning and ongoing system improvements within a satellite R&D context.

Qualifications

• Automation, deployment and support of large-scale infrastructure
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust)
• Experience with Linux/Unix
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities

• Manage RHEL supporting engineering tools
