Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience (SDLC) including coding standards and code reviews
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Knowledge of best practices for full SDLC, architectures, code reviews and deployment

Responsibilities

• Develop code, build CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and dashboards for monitoring health of systems and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, design, deploy and operate the infrastructure.
• Mentor junior and new team members.
• Engineer and build a cloud service that is reliable and available for customers.
• Work on features that enhance quality of service and security for customers.
• Collaborate on initiatives across teams to build networking functions on AWS and set development best practices.
