Job summary

Duncan Aviation's Satellite Shop seeks a Customer Account Representative I to provide reception and general office support. You will handle inquiries about satellite services, process orders, assist with invoicing and documentation, and coordinate loaner units and shipping.

Responsibilities include updating work orders, communicating with customers and shop teams, resolving warranty issues, and supporting training on company computer systems.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Two years minimum in customer account, customer service, or administrative work.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Windows, Excel, Word).
• Ability to learn company computer systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform general office and administrative duties to support the satellite shop.
• Update and review aircraft work orders, verify pricing, parts, labor and discounts for invoicing.
• Coordinate with customers and shop teams for turnaround times and shipping.
• Research customer inquiries on availability and in-house service capability.
• Schedule send-ins, coordinate loaners and warranty issue resolution.
• Handle shipping, receiving, documentation, and billing per procedures.
• Assist with training on company computer systems and data management.
• Prepare teardown reports and provide quotes to customers.
• Be a point of contact for customers before and after scheduled hours.
