Job summary

Duncan Aviation is seeking a Customer Account Representative I- Satellite Shop to support the satellite shop with reception, invoicing, and admin tasks. You will manage work orders, coordinate loaner units, and assist customers and the shop team with requests and ship/receive activities.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, two years in customer account or administrative roles, and a high school diploma. Relocation and benefits are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years in customer account, customer service, or administrative work.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and MS Office Suite (Windows, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Handle general office and administrative duties for the satellite shop.
• Manage work orders: pricing, parts, labor, discounts; ensure accurate invoicing.
• Assist customers and team with inquiries on availability and in-house services.
