Duncan Aviation is seeking a Customer Account Representative I for the Satellite Shop in New Jersey. You will handle reception, general office duties and support the shop team by addressing customer inquiries, coordinating loaner units and managing shipping logistics.

The role involves assisting with pricing, invoicing, warranties, and documenting processes per company procedures. Strong MS Office skills and prior customer service experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years in customer account, customer service, or administrative experience required.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Performs general office and administrative duties supporting the satellite shop.
• Manages aircraft and component work orders: pricing, squawk details, parts, labor and discounts for accurate invoicing.
• Responds to customer requests for availability/capability of in-house services and coordinates loaner/rental units.
