Job summary

Loft Orbital in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Customer Delivery to translate contracts into orbital missions and maintain the capability portfolio. You will coordinate across engineering, product, and operations, ensuring readiness and delivering customer value through disciplined planning and execution.

You will partner with CDEs, lead cross-functional reviews, and engage directly with executive-level customers on scope, schedule, and tradeoffs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program, product, or engineering roles.
• 3+ years as Engineering Program Manager (EPM) or TPM in a product-driven tech company.
• Experience deploying products into production or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the Mission Development Plan for assigned missions and drive to completion against launch-anchored deadlines.
• Maintain the Customer Offering Portfolio and drive new capability development with product and engineering teams.
• Partner with Customer Delivery Engineers to deliver customer value and ensure capabilities and tooling are in place.
• Represent operational and customer constraints in product planning and deployment of new features.
• Drive cross-functional coordination and status clarity with reviews, progress updates, risks, and blockers.
• Engage directly with customers up to executive level on scope, schedule, and capability tradeoffs.
• Continuously improve Customer Delivery processes, templates, and workflows to increase efficiency without sacrificing quality.
