Job summary

Loft Orbital is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Infrastructure team and help deliver complex work efficiently and predictably.

You’ll bring structure to a highly cross-functional environment, coordinate workloads and programs, support global on-call operations, and ensure risks, dependencies, and escalations are visible and managed. This role directly improves engineering efficiency and satellite operations reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Experience in fast-paced, technical environments with complex dependencies.
• Ability to communicate risks, timelines, and escalations clearly.

In this role, you’ll bring structure and clarity to a highly cross-functional environment. You’ll coordinate workloads and programs, support global on-call operations, strengthen the team’s ways of working, and make sure risks, dependencies, and escalations are visible and managed. Your work will directly improve the efficiency of our engineering teams and the reliability and scalability of our satellite operations.

This is a high-autonomy role with broad visibility and significant room to shape how you work. You’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on how Loft manages and scales its satellite fleet while partnering with teams across Infrastructure, Operations, Solutions, Product Engineering, and other functions.
