GITAI USA is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Mission Integration to coordinate aerospace program activities, manage external dependencies, and ensure milestones are met. The role emphasizes hands-on, IC leadership without people management, interfacing with government customers, service providers, and regulators.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, science, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing technically complex or regulated programs.
  • Experience bridging internal technical teams with government agencies, regulatory authorities, or other external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on IC with no direct reports and ability to run meetings, track schedules, and drive actions to closure.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate launch campaigns from flight opportunity selection through payload delivery, integration, launch readiness, and launch execution.
  • Serve as the primary working-level point of contact across U.S. government customers, launch service providers, regulators, and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain the integrated mission plan with milestones, external deliverables, approvals, risks, and decisions.
  • Translate external requirements into clear internal actions and negotiate changes when requirements are unclear or impractical.
  • Provide concise program status updates, highlight critical risks, unresolved dependencies, and contractual implications.
