Job summary

Loft Orbital Solutions is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager in San Francisco to connect product development with customer value, coordinating mission work across engineering, product, and operations. You will own development plans, manage the portfolio of capabilities, and ensure the right tools and schedules are in place to deliver missions in orbit.

You will work with Customer Delivery Engineers to execute missions, engage with executive stakeholders, and drive continuous process

Qualifications

8 years of professional experience in technical program, product, or engineering roles.
3 years as an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) or product-focused TPM at a product-driven technology company.
Experience deploying products into production including release readiness and post-deployment quality.
Experience in the satellite or aerospace industry with knowledge of spacecraft systems.
Experience working directly with external customers, including executive-level stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills from engineering deep dives to executive summaries.

Responsibilities

Own the Mission Development Plan for assigned missions and drive it to completion against launch-anchored deadlines.
Manage the Customer Offering Portfolio and drive new capability development with product and engineering teams.
Partner with Customer Delivery Engineers to deliver customer value and ensure tooling and plans are in place.
Represent operational and customer constraints in product planning and deployment into operation.
Drive cross-functional coordination, report on progress, risks, and blockers to leadership and customers.
Engage directly with customers up to executive level on scope, schedule, and tradeoffs.
Continuously improve Customer Delivery processes, templates, and workflows to increase efficiency.
