Job summary

The Kendall Group, an employee-owned distributor, seeks a Satellite Manager to drive branch performance alongside location staff. You will oversee delivery, inventory, and service quality, while mentoring a team and maintaining fiscal accountability.

You will lead by example, foster belonging, and align with company values. Expect local travel, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing development opportunities in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service, sales and management experience
• High School Diploma
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to utilize company business system (ERP)
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask and shift priorities
• Works well cross-functionally; provides excellent internal and external customer service
• Ability to communicate well with all levels; strong negotiation and presentation skills; discretion with confidential information
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to travel locally, valid driver’s license
