Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Starlink, is hiring part-time Retail Sales & Activation Specialists at Best Buy in Midland, TX. Pay is $20/hr base with up to $2/hr performance bonus, totaling up to $22/hr.

Schedule is 16-20 hours per week, with Friday to Sunday availability required, for the period 7/27/26 to 11/01/26. You will engage shoppers, explain Starlink services, and help customers select the best internet solution, while representing both Starlink and 2020 Companies with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.
• Ability to engage customers in the sales process is necessary.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations are crucial.
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Own a smartphone with the current iOS or Android software.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.

Responsibilities

• Tech Savvy and Organized: Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically; submit daily reports via mobile.
• Consistent Weekend Schedule: The schedule is primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
• Foster positive partner Field and Store relationships: Adapt to local store environments and adhere to policies while representing 2020 and Starlink.
