Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Starlink, is hiring part-time Retail Sales & Activation Specialists at Best Buy in Clarksville, TN. Pay is $20/hr base with up to $2/hr bonus, total earning potential up to $22/hr. Schedule 16-20 hours weekly, Friday to Sunday; dates 7/27/26 to 11/01/26. Seasonal, temporary role in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will educate customers on Starlink products, drive sales, and act as the brand ambassador while delivering a high-quality shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom or marketing is preferred.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and engage customers in the sales process is necessary.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations are crucial.
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Own a smartphone with the current Apple iOS software or current Android software.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and demonstrate Starlink services to fit their needs.
• Build trust and drive sales by understanding customer requirements and being the subject matter expert.
• Be a brand ambassador, representing Starlink and 2020 Companies professionally to customers and store staff.
• Hit or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team’s success.
• Be a team player, sharing knowledge and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Track interactions and sales electronically; submit daily reports via mobile device.
• Maintain a consistent weekend schedule (Friday–Sunday) as required.
• Foster positive relationships with partner field and store teams while adhering to policies.
