Job summary

2020 Companies in partnership with Starlink is hiring part-time Retail Sales & Activation Specialists at Best Buy in Tucson, AZ. You will help shoppers choose Starlink services and act as the product expert in a technology-forward retail environment.

The role offers 16-20 hours per week with a weekly pay schedule and up to a $2/hr performance bonus, totaling up to $22/hr. Training is provided online or at a store, with dates 7/27/26–11/01/26.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and influence customers in the sales process.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation to scheduled visits.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and demonstrate Starlink services.
• Build trust and drive sales as product expert.

• Meet or exceed sales targets.
