Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. and Starlink are hiring part-time Retail Sales & Activation Specialists in Best Buy, Hialeah, FL. Earn $20/hour base plus performance bonus up to $2/hour, with total up to $22/hour.

Schedule is 16-20 hours per week, Fri-Sun availability required from 7/27/26 to 11/01/26. You'll demonstrate Starlink services to shoppers, tailor recommendations, and create a positive, tech-forward customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.
• The ability to engage, demonstrate, and engage customers in the sales process is necessary.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Own a smartphone with the current Apple iOS software or current Android software.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.

Responsibilities

• Tech Savvy and Organized: Track customer interactions and submit daily reports via mobile device.
• Consistent Weekend Schedule: Friday–Sunday shifts.
