Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree with 3+ years.
• Experience designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise IP networks.
• Experience integrating and configuring routers, switches, firewalls, gateways, and enterprise networking equipment.
• Working knowledge of IPv4 networking, TCP/UDP protocols, routing, switching, and enterprise network architectures.
• Experience with two of the following: Windows Server & Linux, enterprise LAN admin, mixed Windows/Linux environments, or virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and support enterprise data communications networks for satellite ground systems.
• Analyze requirements and develop network architectures for GMI within PWSA Ground Segment.
• Install, configure, test, document, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, gateways, and network infrastructure.
• Perform network monitoring, traffic analysis, capacity planning, diagnostics, and corrective maintenance.
• Configure secure network environments with cybersecurity hardening and controls.
• Support integration, verification, validation, and deployment for classified networks.
• Develop and maintain detailed network and configuration documentation.
• Install network hardware within racks and workspaces.
• Support operations across multiple security classifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during design, testing, deployment.
• Travel to deployment locations nationwide and internationally.
