Responsibilities include decomposing requirements, integrating ground systems, and ensuring deployment readiness while collaborating with a cross-functional engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field with 8+ years of experience; or a Master’s with 6+ years of experience.
• Active Department of Defense Top Secret clearance with polygraph eligibility.
• On-site work requirement: ability to work at least three days per week on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems engineering for the Space Development Agency PWSA Ground Management and Integration program.
• Decompose system requirements into architecture, interfaces, and design behaviors.
• Support evolution, integration, testing, and deployment of ground operational systems.
• Develop and support ground entry points, operations centers, and infrastructure management.
• Analyze and fuse missile tracking data for ground processing and rapid information dissemination.
• Develop and evaluate system logic and algorithms for complex mission requirements.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team on space and ground systems.
