Job summary

Paragon Cyber Solutions seeks a Theater Engineer to support SEWS global infrastructure and communications architecture across U.S. Combatant Commands and partner locations.

You will ensure reliable delivery of missile warning data and provide expertise in network, satellite, and cryptographic systems from Colorado Springs to worldwide sites. Requires Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, Security+ and Cisco networking experience; travel up to 50% is expected to support both garrison and

Qualifications

• Must have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Must have a Security+ certification.
• 3+ years of supporting Cisco networking equipment or CCNA is required.
• Experience with network routing protocols (Static, OSPF).
• Knowledge of GRE and IPSEC tunnels and network encryption devices.
• Familiarization with Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (VoIP).
• Knowledge of Server/Client Systems and Microsoft OS.
• Active US Passport or ability to obtain one.
• 3+ years of systems administration experience preferred.
• Partner and Allied nation exercise experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco-based network infrastructure.
• Support routers, switches, firewalls, cryptographic devices, and DISA circuits.
• Deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain satellite communications systems.
• Provide technical support for worldwide operational sites and partner nations.
• Conduct site surveys, system upgrades, preventive maintenance, and equipment refresh.
• Create and maintain network diagrams, rack elevations, technical drawings, SOPs, and docs.
• Participate in domestic and international travel supporting operational locations.
• Support 24/7 operational requirements through an on-call rotation.
• Perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions for outages.
• Collaborate with GCCS engineers for system integration and delivery.
• Provide training and technical instruction to end users and foreign partner personnel.
