Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a Wireless Embedded Software Developer to join the MAC-SW team. You will deliver embedded firmware for ground networks and satellites, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet performance targets.

The role focuses on designing, developing, integrating and bringing up Leo-MAC FW components in a real-time embedded setting. The candidate will work on cutting-edge wireless tech, contribute to services, and ensure robust FW-HW interfaces while following best practices in code

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience.
• Experience programming with at least one software language.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-dimensional performance requirements (e.g., MIPs, memory BW) in a cross-functional environment.
• Build, test, and bring up Leo-MAC FW components/drivers in a real-time embedded environment.
• Profile and optimize code on RTOS and bare-metal environments; debug FW-HW interfaces.
