Job summary

KBR is seeking an Enterprise Test & Evaluation Engineer to join our National Security Solutions team. The role involves developing T&E strategies, TEMP, verification plans, and evaluation criteria for SATCOM systems, with travel to DoD sites up to 25% annually.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years of DoD test and evaluation experience, a Secret clearance, and strong communication skills. On-site work at Colorado Springs, CO or El Segundo, CA; Master’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, physics or math.
• 5+ years T&E experience with DoD/USAf processes.
• 2+ years leading multi‑faceted tests.
• Experience with DoD clients and relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop T&E strategy and TEMP development; define evaluation criteria.
• Collect, review, analyze, and report T&E data.
• Support implementation of DoD‑compliant deficiency reporting.
• Support IPTs, DRBs, MIPRBs and TIMs and reviews.
• Travel to DoD/test sites up to 25% annually.
