Job summary

KBR is seeking an Enterprise Requirements and Integration Engineer to join our SE&I team in El Segundo, CA or Colorado Springs, CO. You will provide senior-level enterprise systems engineering leadership for SATCOM capabilities, leading architecture development, requirements management, and systems integration across the MILSATCOM program.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret clearance capable or able to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, mathematics, computer science, or network and telecommunications.
• 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Familiar with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and traceability tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Apply MBSE to support development of technical baselines.
• Analyze system requirements and verify the technical baseline.
• Collaborate with Government/Contractor personnel to close gaps in requirements flow.
• Lead and support Government/Contractor Working Group meetings—create briefings, lead discussions, and write minutes.
• Review proposed changes to the technical baseline for impacts to enterprise capabilities and cross-stakeholder concerns.
• Facilitate review of program documents by providing comments and adjudicating reviewer notes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to assess technical issues and prepare briefings for U.S. Space Force management.
• Support risk, issue, interdependencies management and action-planning with Government.
