Job summary

KBR's MILSATCOM Systems Engineering team in El Segundo, CA or Colorado Springs, CO seeks an Enterprise Requirements and Integration Engineer to spearhead MBSE-driven requirements, architecture, and integration for SATCOM capabilities, coordinating with government and contractor teams. You will develop technical baselines, manage interfaces, and support governance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, mathematics, computer science, or network and telecommunications.
• 5+ years demonstrated experience in systems engineering.
• Familiarity with MBSE and tools used to support requirements development and traceability.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Apply MBSE to support development of technical baselines.
• Analyze system requirements that define the technical baseline and verify baseline integrity.
• Collaborate with Government and contractor personnel to close gaps in requirement flow.
• Lead meetings, write minutes, and resolve risks and integration issues.
• Review proposed changes to the technical baseline for impacts to enterprise capabilities.
• Prepare briefings for US Space Force management as a subject matter expert.
• Support risk, issue and interdependency management and action planning.
