Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a SATCOM Strategic Analyst to join the Army DCS, G-6 NC4SI. Translate strategic intent into actionable IT/SATCOM plans and draft decision-ready staff work for senior leaders.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, 9+ years of DoD SATCOM experience, and strong briefing skills with MS Office and ETMS. You will interact with Army staff and drive modernization efforts in MILSATCOM/COMSATCOM.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years of DoD-specific experience with SATCOM systems and enterprise architectures.
• Proven ability to capture customer intent and translate into polished staff products under tight deadlines.
• Ability to present concise, executive-ready briefings to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in high-level Army Staff, Joint, and DoD forums to capture strategic intent and develop actionable IT/SATCOM strategies and COAs.
• Translate strategic discussions into high-quality, actionable work products for execution and technical development.
• Draft, refine, and finalize HQDA-level deliverables, including info and decision briefings, executive summaries, and measurable metrics.
• Ensure deliverables are clear, concise, succinct, and tailored to senior leadership timelines.
• Present completed work products, COAs, and strategic briefings to GO and SES level leadership.
• Drive Army SATCOM modernization initiatives, including MILSATCOM/COMSATCOM integration and DoD policy alignment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic alignment of enterprise SATCOM services with DoD CIO and Army G-6 policies.
• Manage concurrent projects navigating Army Staff Action process to meet quality standards.
