Job summary

CACI is seeking an experienced SATCOM Strategic Analyst to bridge strategic discussions and execution for Army SATCOM initiatives. You will capture intent, help architect COAs, and draft decision-ready deliverables for senior leaders in a fast-paced HQ environment.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, a technical degree, and 9+ years of DoD SATCOM experience, with excellence in PowerPoint briefing design and ETMS. You will present to GO and SES level leaders and drive modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical, IT, or related field.
• 9+ years of DoD-specific experience with SATCOM systems and enterprise architectures.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into polished, deliverable staff work under tight deadlines.
• Strong briefing design and presentation skills for senior leaders (O-6/SES).

Responsibilities

• Participate in high-level Army Staff, Joint, and DoD forums to capture strategic intent and develop actionable IT/SATCOM strategies.
• Translate strategic discussions into high-quality, actionable deliverables and COAs.
• Draft, refine, and finalize HQDA-level deliverables including EXSUMs and metrics.
• Ensure briefs are clear, concise, and tailored to senior leadership timelines.
• Present work products and COAs to GO and SES level leadership.
• Drive Army SATCOM modernization initiatives including MILSATCOM/COMSATCOM integration and DoD policy alignment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with DoD CIO and Army G-6 policies.
• Manage concurrent SATCOM projects, navigating ETMS coordination.
