Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Network/SATCOM Field Service Representative in Fayetteville, AR to support DoD C5ISR deployable nodes. You will configure Cisco routers/switches, operate VSAT and iDirect modems, and handle LCSM tasks with field installation, testing and maintenance.

The role requires an Active Secret clearance (Top Secret w/SCI possible) and 12+ years in C4ISR, with strong leadership and technical capability in systems development, logistics support or test & evaluation.

Qualifications

Active Secret Clearance with ability to acquire and maintain Top Secret w/SCI clearance.
Twelve+ years of hands-on experience with Joint Warfighter C4ISR systems including three of: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
Security+ preferred

Responsibilities

Provides Life Cycle Sustainment and Maintenance (LCSM) support including Tier III repairs.
Performs installation, operation and maintenance training and troubleshooting for personnel.
Generates and maintains work orders and handles shipping/return of CONUS and OCONUS equipment.
Conducts bench testing and implements corrective actions to repair or replace components.
Serves as primary technician for satellite deployable nodes servicing SDN family systems.
Delivers weekly and as-needed reports detailing support provided to customers.
