Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Network/SATCOM Field Service Representative in Fayetteville, AR to support DoD C5ISR deployable nodes. You will configure Cisco routers/switches, operate VSAT and iDirect modems, and handle LCSM tasks with field installation, testing and maintenance.

The role requires an Active Secret clearance (Top Secret w/SCI possible) and 12+ years in C4ISR, with strong leadership and technical capability in systems development, logistics support or test & evaluation.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance with ability to acquire and maintain Top Secret w/SCI clearance.
• Twelve+ years of hands-on experience with Joint Warfighter C4ISR systems including three of: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
• Security+ preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides Life Cycle Sustainment and Maintenance (LCSM) support including Tier III repairs.
• Performs installation, operation and maintenance training and troubleshooting for personnel.
• Generates and maintains work orders and handles shipping/return of CONUS and OCONUS equipment.
• Conducts bench testing and implements corrective actions to repair or replace components.
• Serves as primary technician for satellite deployable nodes servicing SDN family systems.
• Delivers weekly and as-needed reports detailing support provided to customers.

The Opportunity:

Qualified candidates must have experience in configuring Cisco device such as routers, switches, firewalls, and Cradle point (wireless routers). Experience operating and configuring Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT). Have a working knowledge of the installation, configuration, operation, and maintaining iDirect modems. Must be capable of integration, fielding, installation, testing, and evaluation, maintenance, and Life Cycle Sustainment Management (LCSM) in Department of Defense (DoD) C5ISR systems, subsystems, and equipment.

Responsibilities:

Provides Life Cycle Sustainment and Maintenance (LCSM) support which includes, but is not limited to, Tier III repairs to systems that are beyond the technical expertise of the organization’s level. Provides installation, operation and maintenance training and troubleshooting for personnel.

On the Job Training (OJT), CERPs and equipment upgrade of systems. Generating and maintaining work orders and shipping /return of CONUS and OCONUS equipment requiring maintenance. Conducts bench testing of all components and apply appropriate action to correct, repair or replace said equipment. Assists in research and development efforts as requested and modification of new and existing systems. Primary technician for satellite deployable nodes which service associated with the SDN family of systems. Provide weekly and as needed, deliverables depicting support provided to the customers.

Experience configuring Cisco routers and switches, Specialized experience in the design, development, testing, analysis, operation or maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems Deployable Node. In addition, the candidate should have knowledge in the use and configuration of High Assurance Internet Protocol Encryptor (HAIPE) devices, Broadband Global Access Networks (BGAN) and INMARSAT networks, and LAN/WAN topologies.

Responsible for participating in promoting, improving, maintaining and supporting all telecommunications services and/or systems.

Active Secret Clearance with ability to acquire and maintain Top Secret w/SCI clearance.Technical training in DoD C5ISR systems to include Satellite Communications Equipment or Networking Equipment

Minimum of twelve (12) years of hands-on experience with Joint Warfighter C4ISR systems to include three (3) of the following four (4)areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training. Must be a recognized expert who has demonstrated leadership in C5ISR systems development, logistics support or test & evaluation.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$58,500 - $122,800
