Job summary

The Opportunity at CACI involves supporting an Intelligence Community customer with wide-area, local-area, and campus networks across multiple security domains. You will design, implement, troubleshoot, and document complex telecommunications networks, including satellite communications equipment, with a focus on performance and security compliance.

Qualifications

8+ years in Network and Transport technologies
Experience with large-scale enterprise/global networks
Familiar with DoD Architecture Framework and related DoD planning instructions
Experience with IP services to connect to NIPRNET/SIPRNET/JWICS (IPv4, VPN, QoS, SDN, SNMP, VOIP)

Responsibilities

Coordinate system maintenance, monitoring and installation of WAN/LAN environments
Research and implement enterprise network solutions to support goals
Troubleshoot network media and components
Monitor health and performance of the network
Develop road map for capabilities and technologies
Support test plans and documentation for upgrades
Analyze network traffic and optimize bandwidth
Evaluate new technologies to enhance capacity and reliability
Follow government security processes and policies
Represent customer requirements in technical exchanges
Conduct site surveys and install SATCOM equipment
Develop and maintain network diagrams
