Job summary

Meriden School District is seeking an SAT Tutor to assist teachers and students with SAT preparation in Evidence-Based Reading and Writing and Mathematics. The tutor will work under a teacher's direction to provide individualized and small-group academic support aligned to SAT standards and testing strategies.

The position requires planning, implementing, and assessing services to promote student growth, confidence, and college readiness, with 5.75 hours per day, five days per week.

Qualifications

• SAT tutoring experience preferred.
• Certification as a teacher preferred.
