Job summary

The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring seeks motivated SAT section tutors for students in grades 9-12 in Livingston, NJ and surrounding communities. The position requires delivering in-person, 60-minute tutoring sessions with consistent weekly availability.

Tutors must have a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of Reading/Writing SAT tutoring experience, and strong test scores, with excellent communication and a passion for helping learners succeed.

Qualifications

• 4-12 hours per week of availability.
• Earned Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience in Reading/Writing for the Digital SAT.
• Strong past test scores.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Passion for helping others learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tutoring to students in grades 9-12.
• Tutoring sessions typically last 60 minutes.
• Tutoring assignments are regular and reliable.
• Sessions are typically scheduled between 2PM and 8PM EST on weekdays and 10AM–4PM on weekends.
