Qualifications

• 5+ years in a service-oriented hospitality environment with at least 2 years in a general management or senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to drive financial results and manage P&L responsibilities.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification; working knowledge of OSHA and HACCP compliance standards.
• Effective oral, written, and presentation skills; proficiency with standard business computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales, revenue, and profitability goals, including positive EBITDA cash flow movement.
• Oversee the integrity and operational functionality of POS systems, security systems, and equipment.
• Maintain a safe, harassment-free workplace in compliance with OSHA, HACCP, and applicable regulations.
• Lead, develop, and coach teams; conduct regular staff evaluations and provide feedback.
• Regularly interview applicants, participate in hiring decisions and onboarding.
• Proactively engage with guests to ensure an excellent dining experience.
