Hawkers Asian Street Food is opening in Sarasota, FL and seeks an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen for a new full-service concept. You will oversee Back of House operations, culinary execution, and team development while driving food cost, labor cost, sanitation, and brand standards.

This is a senior leadership role requiring 5+ years in executive kitchen management, with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Five years of executive chef/kitchen management experience in a full-service upscale restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Back of House operations, culinary execution, team development, and financial performance.
• Own the guest experience from a food perspective; manage food and labor costs.
• Partner with General Manager and Regional Chef to drive sales and operational excellence.
• Maintain availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
